Sweet meets salt. Warm skin meets cold sea. Ripe fig, a sharp bite of blackcurrant, basil and violet leaf running green and cool, salt in the air, and a warm, skin-close base that stays on you after a swim.

How it wears
Green, salty, warm. Fig and basil up front, the sea in the background, a soft base that stays close by evening. Unisex, no age. If you want the Aegean without the postcard, this is the one.

Longevity and projection
Eau de parfum at 22 to 25 percent concentration. Eight to ten hours on skin, longer on fabric. The first hours fill a room; by evening it sits close to the skin. Two sprays are enough.

When to wear it
Written for an Aegean morning, worn all year. Summer takes it outside; winter keeps it under a coat, where the fig and basil stay green against the cold.

10 ml or 100 ml
Same batch, same concentration, same bottle in miniature. The 10 ml is filled to order and is the way most people start. The 100 ml is one of 250 numbered bottles.

WHY WE MADE IT?

Every Aegean perfume, every Mediterranean scent points the same way: at the sea. As if salt and blue were the only things worth bottling. As if the coast had nothing behind it.
So we turned our backs to the water and looked the other way.

What we saw was green. Fig trees pushing through dry soil. Basil crushed underfoot. Wild leaves, raw and unbothered. We didn't ask how it would sell. We asked how to get it into a bottle.

Urla is that green. Unfiltered, a little defiant, salt kept to the background. Some will call it too raw. Maybe it isn't for everyone.

It was never meant to be.
